Our purpose statement “True to Our Name” is a promise to celebrate who we are, challenge the status quo, and make things better for our customers and the world around us.
When Ninety6 was asked to create a video that showcased our purpose and our culture, who know Progressive best: our employees. They, in turn, chose to share the screen with teammates and mentors who lift them up, encourage success, and shape a positive environment.
What transpired was a collaboration that resulted in True Reflections, a short film about Progressive’s culture written, filmed, voiced by, and featuring Progressive employees.
